Rock Spider Racing is competing in the UROC Pro Atlantic division for the 2006 season. The team made a personel change during their season off and moved Tom Popp to Crew Chief and picked up Mike Racho as the spotter. Mike, dubbed "The Mayor" due to the fact he knows seemingly everyone (including the actual Mayor) in his hometown Hazleton, PA which houses Paragon Adventure Park, was the spotter for another team that chose to take the 2006 season off to pursue circle track racing. The addition of Mike to the team has brought the team to the next level and into the Top 10 finishes for the year.

At the UROC Season opener in Jellico, TN, the team finished with 6th place finish and succeeded in not rolling the buggy over at all that weekend. They did mange to blow the transmission up on the last obstacle of the final shootout. So they are still up to our old tricks of having to do major repairs before the next event.

At the June event, held at Paragon Adventure Park in Hazleton, PA, Rock Spider Racing finished with 6 place overall after the shootout. The team is putting on a good show as always, this time with two rollovers: one on the first course of the event and the second on the last obstacle of the event. The team is hoping to shake themselves of their habit of multiple rollovers per event and leave it for practice days and demonstrations only; time will tell.
